Bonded Warehouses

We began operations in Mersin in 2008 by offering Type A Bonded Warehouse services. Our warehouse provides both Bonded and Non-Bonded storage solutions to our valued customers, with facilities suitable for storing all types of goods. (Our warehouses are owned by us and are not rented.)

Our facilities operate as a Bonded General Warehouse with a total storage area of 80,000 m², designed to enable efficient loading and unloading operations. Of this capacity, 82,500 m² is open area, 53,000 m² is bonded space, and 27,000 m² is designated as national (non-bonded) area. Within the bonded section, there are 28,000 m² of open space and 25,000 m² of covered space. Out of the covered area, 2,629 m² is utilized as cold storage.

Our warehouses designated for the storage of flammable and combustible materials are equipped with essential systems such as temperature control, insulation, lightning protection, ventilation, alarm, and fire extinguishing. All safety measures have been implemented, and construction has been carried out using materials compliant with relevant standards. We are licensed for bonded storage.
